The safety of UBER is observed by the company by providing the passengers
with verified drivers legally and 4 digit OTP received by passenger at the time of booking. Uber is trying to update the safety features in India i.e 'New voice record feature'.
The working of this voice record is very simple the passengers need to just 'press' the record button and record the Audio, the example of such similar feature is being implemented by 'OLA' in Australia.
The response of this feature i.e 'Guardian' is good and so uber is also trying to do the same. The 'sole' purpose of uber is to provide 'safety' and happy' ride.
